Walking

I'm still working a lot. If you haven't talked to me in the last week I owe you an email or you owe me a phone calls. I'll let you figure that one out.

Yesterday was more beautiful than fall should be. In all honesty I felt like I could walk forever taking in the leaves, the blue sky, soaking up the sun. Anything to try to fill the tank before winter comes in grey and blustery. I wish I had my camera and 4 hours, companionship and a leash for the dog. That might have perfected my Sunday. Instead I went to work and handed out movies to the great people of this small, small town.

While it wasn't overly busy, it was decent and I kept wondering who watches movies on a beautiful fall day. I know the weather has been nice since the start of September, but you realize it's not going to last, right? Because it's not. Eventually it's going to snow, and it will be windy, and frozen. And grey. Take it in now, I beg of you. If for no other reason than you know I've spent the last two months inside working. Do it for me.

Next week? I'll get out with the camera and find something wonderful and beautiful to share and to hold onto until spring comes again. I'll do it for you.
