Small Town Survival

This week my mom and I decided to clean out the downstairs fireplace and replace the ashes with candles. The mantle is simple and pretty, the candles are all in thier place. We light them each night and they give off the warm glow of a fire burning happily away in the fire place. The only problem is that every time I see that flicker I think it's a real fire. A nice warm fire. Well, it might look nice, but it isn't warm and I'm still freezing...
