Small Town Survival

So.. I've been playing World of Warcraft.. known as WoW and er.. it's taking up a lot of my time. I'm a geek. The kids at school found out I play and they're all excited about it. Apparently it makes me the coolest teacher ever.

I'm also helping out with the school play and doing my pre-student teaching and writing lesson plans for curriculum and Andreas arrive a week or so ago.. Two weeks? I h ave no idea at this point how long it's been. I'm having trouble keeping track of time actually. Must be just over a week because there have been two episodes of Alias. Keeping track of time by number of Alias episodes makes me the geekiest girl ever, right?

Oh, and talking geek? Hot.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to my WoW.

The high school kids are performing the play Alice in Wonderland in about two weeks. While I was walking back to my car today after subbing I saw some playing cards on the ground. The few I noticed were read and one in particular caught my eye... the Queen of Hearts.

I'm swamped with school and busy geeking out. Plus I have to do my taxes. I feel like I have a few stories, so I might be randomly here some of the time. Mostly I won't be here regularly until mid-April or so. That's my goal at least. And if I'm lucky the trip to DC will actually happen and I'll be back with stories and pictures. My camera misses me, I miss you. We'll get through this.
